Bluewater Sailing offers superior arrangements with private owners of
high quality yachts. Bluewater Sailing will professionally manage the
operation and maintenance of the boat, thereby allowing the Owner to spend
more time out experiencing the joys of sailing in Southern California.
Benefits to Owners may include:
- Unlimited use of their yachts including reservations for future dates.
- Establishing your vessel as a business, allowing possible write-offs of expenses and depreciation (please consult your tax advisor).
- Earning charter revenue as Bluewater Sailing, on a monthly basis, a substantial percentage of the income generated by Bluewater Sailing's use of the vessel based upon mutually established ½ and full weekday and weekend usage rates.
In addition, Bluewater Sailing normally provides yacht charter management
of maintenance such as oil changes and installation of major equipment
upgrades, often at prices below retail.
